 Current Owner Search
 Two Owner Exam
A search of public records from the execution date of the deed from the second owner back of record for the subject property forward and complete information from the deed, including legal description as reported, along with reporting complete information on open mortgages, judgments, federal tax liens, pending suits, real estate taxes, out sales and ANY MATTER AFFECTING THE SUBJECT REAL ESTATE.
 Three Owner Exam
A search of public records from the execution date of the deed from the third owner back of record for the subject property forward and complete information from the deed, including legal description as reported, along with reporting complete information on open mortgages, judgment, federal tax liens, pending suits, real estate taxes, out sales and ANY MATTER AFFECTING THE SUBJECT REAL ESTATE.
 10 Year / 2 Owner
A search of public records from the execution date of the deed from the second owner back of record or ten years whichever is sooner for the subject property forward and complete information from the deed, including legal description as reported, along with reporting complete information on open mortgages, judgments, federal tax liens, pending suits, real estate taxes, out sales and ANY MATTER AFFECTING THE SUBJECT REAL ESTATE.
 21 Year Exam
A search of public records from the execution date of the deed from at least 21 years back for the subject property forward and complete information from that deed, including legal description as reported, along with reporting complete information on open mortgages, judgments, federal tax liens, pending suits, real estate taxes, outsales and ANY MATTER AFFECTING THE SUBJECT REAL ESTATE.
 42 Year Exam
A search of public records from the execution date of the deed from at least 42 years back for the subject property forward and complete information from that deed, including legal description as reported, along with reporting complete information on open mortgages, judgments, federal tax liens, pending suits, real estate taxes, outsales and ANY MATTER AFFECTING THE SUBJECT REAL ESTATE.
 Update
A search from the effective date of a prior title exam. To be considered an update, the search must be no older than 3 months or have transferred to new ownership. The update will report any new activity affecting the real estate since the effective date of the last exam.
 Recording
After the examining the deed or mortgage for compliance with recording requirements, we will deliver all documents to the respective county for recordation.
 Prelim
We provide a copy of the deed, a property record card, a map or sketch of the subject property and the real estate taxes.
 Copy Request
We will provide copies of any specific document from the county records.
 Certified Copy Request
We will provide copies certified by the Recorder of any specific document from the county records.
 Deed Search
 Notary Services
We provide services as signing agents to meet your closing needs.
